My Most Worn Quince Items in 2022 and 2023 {Updated February 2024}

Work outfit with my go-to work bag, the Quince Tote

I don’t know if you can tell by now, but Quince is now my go-to brand for pretty much everything. I love their quality clothing (both womens and mens), jewelry, bags, and even home goods. And I’m very lucky that many of you guys have supported these reviews by purchasing through my referral link in the past (thank you guys! ). But after doing so many Quince reviews, which items were my most used? My favorites? Well here they are (in no particular order):

Quince organic cotton oversized cardigan with Quince linen long sleeve shirt and linen pants

Women’s Clothes

{Reviews of both linen items below can be found in my Quince Linen Review.}

Linen long sleeve shirt: This has become a fast favorite this year. So much so that after I purchased my white one, I purchased a black, navy, and light blue one as well. It’s the perfect slightly baggy, casual, cool yet insulating long sleeve shirt. And the shirts have become softer with wear and washing. And for winter I plan to wear these under my more oversized sweaters for a put-together but casual look.

Linen long pants: Ok, I will admit these can look like PJ pants at times. So I remedy that but rolling up the hems and adding a belt (yep these come with belt loops). Add a nice shirt or sweater, and it looks less like something I wear to bed (but it’s still just as comfy).

100% organic cotton oversized cardigan: I love this cardigan. It’s like a warm comfy robe, but one you can wear out. It’s the perfect layering piece for fall in California (or maybe indoors in an AC office). Granted it’s quite casual, but I don’t feel like it’s dowdy (which is what I think of when I think oversized cardigan). Again the quality is superb, like most of Quince’s sweater offerings (P.S. I plan to do a Quince sweater review next month). You can find my review of this cardigan in my Quince 2022 review here. P.S. I was told by a reader that the cotton sweaters pill. I haven’t seen that yet in my sweaters but will update you if it does.

Supersoft fleece shorts and Supersoft fleece pants: I’m hesitant to get items of clothing with plastic in them (they usually don’t wear well and they shed microplastics in the wash), but I’m making an exception for Quince’s supersoft fleece. I still wash them in my Guppy bag (to prevent microplastic shedding), but haven’t found any pilling that’s usually found in polyester blended clothing (and I’ve been wearing them for two years now). And that might be because it’s mostly tencel (as opposed to polyester). But I love the supersoft fleece shorts and pants because they’re super soft (duh it’s in the name) and they’re just so comfy. I wear the shorts in the summer and the pants in the winter, and I have a year around lounge/ at-home uniform that basically look like PE clothes. My review of the supersoft fleece wide leg pants is in my Quince 2021 review here and the shorts are reviewed here, also in 2021.

Accessories

Italian leather tote: I use my Italian leather tote as my work bag and it’s been working out great! I love the easy to organize compartments, the durable leather, and the size (big enough for everything but not so big that it’s hard to carry or gets too heavy). It’s still somewhat early days (I’ve only had it for 4 months or so), so I’ll let you know how it wears (there are some wrinkling in the corners but that’s typical of a leather tote usually). But so far, so good. I reviewed this tote in my Quince Leather Bags Review here. {February 2024 Update: I have to say after about a year of use, the bag looked not great. I may have used it for all of 2022, but I definitely wouldn’t recommend this bag as a long term work bag. Quince now has several other tote bag options and I think that’s because their original one (this one) isn’t the best. I suggest trying a different leather tote bag.}

{Reviews of all jewelry items below can be found in my Quince Jewelry Review.}

14k Gold Pave Slim Signet Ring: This is my number one favorite ring from Quince, and that’s saying a lot since I’ve tried a lot of rings from them (see them all in my jewelry review). The ring is fairly simple but still sparkly and eye-catching. It’s perfect for those holiday occasions or for daily wear.

14k Gold Bold Stacker Ring: Of all of Quince’s rings, I think this one gives you the most bang for your buck. Since it’s slightly thicker, the band really stands out. And the price is right too. The only thing I would warn is that it runs a tad small so I ordered a size up.

14k Gold Chain Link Necklace: I love the subtle but lux look of this necklace, and it works well with other chains (it adds more texture). If you were to buy only one 14k solid gold necklace from Quince, I would say this one is it.

European Linen sheet set: I’ve been a fan of Quince’s linen sheets since day one and I haven’t looked back (Quince linen sheets reviewed here). And once I got my first set, I had to get a second so that I could keep switching between the two. It’s been two and half years since my first set and they’re still going strong! {February 2024 update: So after about 4 years of constant use, these sheets finally got a hole in them. I guess I never had sheets that I loved so much that I put holes in—or maybe the pandemic meant I lived and worked from bed more. Either way I had to get more and I decided to go with the linen sheets again.

Silk pillowcase: I’m a fan of silk pillowcases, ever since I reviewed my first Slip silk pillowcase. And even though the Quince ones don’t have the exact same texture, I’m still a huge fan of the Quince silk pillowcases. I use the Quince ones more since I happen to have about three of these and just one of the Slip. And to be honest I don’t notice the difference. Both silk pillowcases are lovely, slippery, and prevents hair breakage and wrinkles. I can never go back to regular pillow cases so I’m glad Quince makes their silk ones affordable. Quince Silk Pillow Case review here.

Turkish Spa Towel Bundle: As I mentioned when I reviewed these Quince towels, I thought they were as fluffy and luxurious as my Pottery Barn set. And I still stand by that statement. Since that review, I’ve purchased all my towels from Quince (most recently the Organic Turkish Waffle Towels for the Airstream—we needed more quick drying, less bulky towels). And I’ve very happy with those too! Quince Turkish Spa Towel review here.

And that’s it. Even though Quince has a lot of great quality items, these are my most used or worn items. And TBH now that I’m used to Quince’s quality and prices, it’s hard to purchase a basic from another brand (for items with style or uniqueness I usually like to purchase secondhand at Crossroads or the RealReal). As usual, I highly recommend Quince for staples whether it’s for your closet or your home! And you can find my ever-growing list of Quince reviews here.

P.S. I wanted to add a couple of honorable mentions since I’ve tried a couple more things since writing this review (I’m about a month out on my posting schedule). So some new favorites include the Alpaca Quarter Zip sweater (which I’m wearing in the pic above, I love the amazing quality, super warm, and not itchy—but I’m not overly sensitive either), the Mongolian Cashmere Fisherman Cardigan (hello Jenni Kayne dupe), and their Leather Jewelry Case (their travel jewelry case was kind of meh, but this new bigger one is super luxurious and oh-so lovely).

{October 2023 Update: Instead of writing a “My most worn items in 2023 post,” I decided to modify this 2022 version because honestly I’m wearing pretty much all the same things in 2023 as well. My top MVP item for 2023 would be the linen shirts—which I wore all spring, summer, and fall (it gets hot early here and stays hot. For example it’s mid-October and it’s still a high of 90 degree today). I love them so much I have about 8 linen shirts in both M or L (depending on whether or not I want a more fitted or oversized look) and in a variety of colors. I also added the oversized linen shirt in medium this year and love that as well. I’ve washed them countless times in the washing machine (on cold, hang dry) and they all look as good as the day I got them. I’m also wearing the linen pants a lot too. And ditto for the supersoft shorts and pants. The alpaca quarter zip sweater was probably my most worn sweater in the winter and spring, so much so that it got really pilly and worn-looking (see my Quince Sweater Review here).

I’m still using the towel (holding up well), the linen sheets (my very first pair got so worn after 4 years they got a major hole in them. So I replaced them with another set. You can read the details in my updated Quince linen sheets review), and my silk pillowcases are still going strong.

The only new additions to my most worn items list is the neoprene all-day sling (which is perfect for an outing you want to be hands-free. It’s like the Lululemon version but not branded and with an outer mesh pocket for easy access to your phone) and the 14k gold diamond wedding band (which should have been on this list from the get-go since I wear it everyday and never take it off. I guess I just forgot about it since it’s a daily staple).

And tbh I don’t wear much other jewelry any more (including the Quince stuff) so I would probably take all the other jewelry items off my most worn list of 2023. Another item I don’t use anymore includes the Italian leather tote—the leather got so wonky it could no longer stand up on its own anymore.
